William "Will" Ferrara
When I was still in high school in the 1980s, while my friends were flipping burgers and stocking shelves, I was learning the intricate art of home building. That teenage hobby sparked a passion that would shape not just my career, but my life's mission of transforming homes and changing lives.
For over four decades, my hands have shaped the very foundations of Arizona homes. But it was in 2000 when I discovered my true calling – a niche that would merge my masterful craftsmanship with my deep-seated passion for helping others. Through my companies, All Star Showers and Arizona Housing for the Disabled, I've dedicated myself to revolutionizing how we think about accessible bathrooms.
I firmly believe that beauty should never be sacrificed for function. Since earning my General Contractor License in 1995, I've challenged the notion that accessible means institutional. My innovative designs prove that a shower can be both a safe haven and a sanctuary. I've partnered with numerous Arizona State and City programs, becoming a cornerstone of support for families navigating the challenges of mobility issues.
Behind every great builder is a strong foundation, and for me, that's my family. Together with my wife of 30 years, Betina, we've built not just bathrooms, but a legacy of compassion in our Mesa community. Our two children have grown up watching me transform not just spaces, but lives – one bathroom at a time.

But ask me about sports, and you'll see a different kind of passion ignite. For years, I was that dedicated coach on sidelines and courts, guiding young athletes until – I'll admit it with a laugh – they simply outpaced me at age 14. Now, nothing makes me prouder than watching my son River chase his dreams on the ice in Michigan's junior hockey leagues, or seeing Brandt make waves in high school football and basketball. Together with my wife Sheralyn, we've built a life where family and purpose intertwine, creating a foundation as solid as the businesses I help build.
